Fire Department fund raiser is Saturday

The HBC Haiti Mission Team had a very successful yard sale last Saturday.  Thanks to all who donated, worked or bought items. The Team raised approximately $1,800 to benefit the trip to Haiti, which is just one month away.

Important Dates and Times

The following are important times and dates to put on your calendar for upcoming events at Scott Central:

• Kindergarten registration will be held on April 24th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• At 6:00 p.m. on April 26th, the SC Choir will present their spring concert.

Scott Central is so very proud that the 2019 Scott County Distinguished Young Woman is our very own, Olivia Triplett. Olivia is the daughter of O.B. Triplett and Ingrid Triplett, who recently retired as an elementary teacher at Scott Central.

Eighth Graders Tour Nissan Plant

Rev. Kerry and Mrs. Twyla Jackson, Baptist missionaries from downtown Atlanta, were hosted by Harperville Baptist Church Sunday night.  Rev. Jackson presented a message and then painted a portrait of Christ while accompanied by music.
