Food For Thought:  As we start this New Year I know many of us have established goals and plans that we would like to achieve this year. I know I have. The challenge for us is how sincere are we with our commitments. How far are we willing to go and what are we willing to do. So how about this year we threw away that book on worrying as well as a book on our past. Let’s get rid of hate and bad memories these can be a treasure. Let’s get some new books called I can, I will, and I must. As I was removing and replacing books, I ran across an old friend I hadn’t talked to in a while. His name is God the Father; he reintroduced me to prayer, hope, faith, and love. So, this year let us stand by our Convictions.
