On November 5, 2017 our morning message was brought by Rev. Marcus McDougle scripture Zechariah 9:11 John 4: 7 13-14 with the subject Obey your thirst.
Food For Thought: When we disobey God, it means that we do not honor Him or trust that His Word is true. That grieves the Holy Spirit and separates us from God. Adam and Eve’s disobedience separated them from God. Obedience is a command from God. When our children obey us, it shows respect for our leadership and their trust in us to do the right thing. Obedience also ensures a better relationship for all of us. As our children love and obey us they also learn to love and obey God. Children, obey your parents because you belong to the Lord, for this is the right thing to do. Ephesians 6:1.
