Eighth Graders Tour Nissan Plant
Rev. Kerry and Mrs. Twyla Jackson, Baptist missionaries from downtown Atlanta, were hosted by Harperville Baptist Church Sunday night. Rev. Jackson presented a message and then painted a portrait of Christ while accompanied by music.
Readers Observe Lent and Prepare for Easter Season
We are saddened by the death of 21-year-old Willie Andrew Jones, Jr., who was found hanging from a tree Thursday, February 8th. Memorial arrangements are incomplete. Our prayers are with his family, especially his parents Tammy Townsend and Willie Jones, Sr.
