A former Forest Bearcat looks to earn a spot on the Chicago Cubs baseball team and take the field at Wrigley.

The Forest United Methodist Church is happy to announce they have a new pastor. David Slaughter.  will begin his tenure as pastor at FUMC with his first sermon on Sunday, July 1.

Miller Gymnastics in Newton completed their 2017-2018 competition season. The competition team won numerous titles at the team level and in individual events including Level 2 overall state champion Reese Thoms.

Eighth Graders Tour Nissan Plant

Rev. Kerry and Mrs. Twyla Jackson, Baptist missionaries from downtown Atlanta, were hosted by Harperville Baptist Church Sunday night.  Rev. Jackson presented a message and then painted a portrait of Christ while accompanied by music.
