Food For Thought:  Another year is coming to an end. Don’t look back caught in regret, or dwell on the sorrow of dreams not met. Don’t move forward anchored by fear. We should look ahead with joy an excitement of what the New Year will bring. As the New Year starts and the old one ends we tend to think about what brought us joy and pain. We think about our loved ones and our friends, some have journeyed with us this far some we lost along the way. Remember everyone can’t have a front row seat in our lives, so in 2018 we need to do some new seating arrangements. Some people have to be loved from a distance. Wishing you health and happiness in the upcoming year.

Happy New Year!!!
